We have an exciting opportunity for a Loan Operation Specialist with a privately owned specialty lender who provides financing solutions for real estate property taxes to businesses and individuals.  Founded in 2008, our client has helped thousands of Texas property owners with their property tax needs.

Responsibilities

• Record loan payments in servicing software  and process payments for deposit.
• Manage loan disbursement payment process to tax assessors.
• Perform loan servicing needs including collection efforts, balance inquiries and payoff requests.
• Manage document recordation process.
• Track receipt of loan file supporting documents and manage loan file to completion.
• Request or prepare underwriting support documents, such as title search and tax payoff statements from outside vendors.
• Perform other processing, closing or funding tasks as needed. This will include tasks such as, assembling initial loan file and performing initial underwriting steps.
• Perform quality control review of closed loan package, prior to funding.
• Assemble final loan package and prepare documents for mailing.
• Handle in house loan closings

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Maintaining inventory levels within company goals minimizing stock out situations where ever possible.

• Obtaining costs from vendors in support of the sales function

• Aggregates demands and negotiates costs with vendors to enhance gross margin

• Maintains the integrity of system information used by the sales function to issue quotations to customers

• Resolves accounting and receiving discrepancies, and validates customer rejections with vendor.

• Identifies critical expedite requests and escalates accordingly.

• Exhibits a strong commitment to customer service acting with a sense of urgency in responding to internal requests.
