Over 31 years, I witnessed too many examples of hiring someone that was not the right fit for the job. The lack of success and fulfillment of the individual, along with the tremendous cost to the company, drove me to find a better way. I researched and tested different strategies that ultimately defined the process eHire employs.
What I found was that most companies were evaluating candidates on resume and gut feel alone — with no structured way to assess whether someone could actually do the job, would stay engaged doing it, or would work well with the team around them. The tools existed. The process just wasn't being used.
eHire Solutions is the result of that work — a structured, repeatable hiring process built around three questions every company should be asking before they extend an offer: Can they do it? Will they do it? How well will they work with others?
Our mission
Replace gut feel with a process that actually works.
Most companies are one bad hire away from a very expensive lesson. The résumé looked great. The interview went well. And six months later, you're starting over. eHire exists to close the gap between how companies think they're evaluating candidates and what they're actually learning about them.
We give HR teams three instruments that answer the questions a résumé never will: Can this person do the job? Will they actually do it? And how well will they work with the people already on your team? When you can answer all three before the first in-person interview, your in-person interviews become more targeted and meaningful.
